تعاونية “تطريز” في نهر البارد Cooperative “Tatreez” in the Nahr al-Bared

Trainees managed the project “Embroidery” branch camp of Nahr el-Bared moving to the new cooperative, and they have chosen for themselves also inside the camp, and that instead of the previous place of the cooperative, .Where crossed more feasible trainees An.haouran joy as a result of the compatibility of the new place, which is an incentive in the first place and that during the visit of the coordinators of the project in Lebanon on Friday 31/07/2014 and assess the path of the project and the ability of the trainees on the administration and production, creative manner.

Where trainees were unanimous on the importance of technical courses in art and design literal that were given to them in the past few months, and that will be completed by the project according to the phases of training.

They had experienced difficult circumstances, including the security situation in the region in addition to the acquisition of the profession which was difficult to find a job! That’s what she said one of the trainees, as all the participants are consistent on the need to work harder and unanimity in the views and challenging circumstances, because life continues to be regarded by the Heritage Embroidery Palestinian hobby for them, it is a profession worthy of technical training leading to ease of creativity at work later. Then you will be able to fully mastery in addition to economic independence and sense of economic threat and the ability to live in the light of our difficult circumstances.

استطاعت متدربات مشروع “تطريز” فرع مخيم نهر البارد ان تنتقل الى التعاونية الجديدة ,و التي اخترنها بأنفسهن داخل المخيم وذلك عوضا عن المكان السابق للتعاونية,.حيث اعربت المتدربات  عن.شعورهن بالفرح نتيجة تلاؤم المكان الجديد الامر الذي يُعتبر حافزا بالدرجة الاولى و ذلك اثناء زيارة منسقي المشروع في لبنان نهار الجمعة 31-7-2014 و تقييم مسار المشروع و قدرة المتدربات علىى الاعطاء و الانتاج بطريقة ابداعية.

حيث اجمعت المتدربات على اهمية الدورات التقنية في التصميم و الفن الحرفي التي اُعطيت لهن في الاشهر الماضية,و التي سوف يستكملها المشروع وفقا لمراحل التدريب.

مررن بظروف صعبة من ضمنها الاوضاع الامنية في المنطقة اضافة الى عدم اكتساب مهنة  فانعدمت فرص العمل امامنا”,!هذا ما قالته احدى المتدربات ,كما تتوافق جميع المشتركات هناك على ضرورة العمل بجدية و الاجماع في الاراء  و تحدي الظروف ,لان الحياة تستمر الى جانب اعتبار تطريز التراث الفلسطيني هواية لهنّ,فهو مهنة تستحق التدريب التقني مما يؤدي الى سهولة الابداع في العمل لاحقا. عندها سوف  تتمكن من اتقانه  بشكل كامل اضافة الى الاستقلالية الاقتصادية و الشعور بعدم التهديد الاقتصادي و القدرة على العيش في ظل ظروفنا الصعبة
