مريم تساعد تطريز في الوصول لاهدافهم Mariam helps “Tatreez” in reaching their goals

لم يسعفها الحظ في التعليم,و لكن مريم عباس ابنة العشرين قبلت تحدي نفسها لتكون امراة عاملة في مجتمعها,لم يمنعها مرض العضال باقدامها من الحلم و السعي للتحقيق فاغتنمت فرصة برنامج “تطريز”

التحقت مريم ببرنامج تطريز في فرصة اغتنمتها لتحترف هوايتها في الخياطة و تطريز القماش.و لتبدأ باصرارها و اثبات ذاتها,بدأت التعلم والمثابرة كما كل النساء الفلسطينيات فالهدف بين العينين و التحقيق يحتاج التعب. فهي تعتبرمن المبادرات في مشروع تطريز و الذي يهدف الى حماية المرأة الفلسطينية من الاستغلال باكسابها منهة متقنة و هي تطريز التراث الفلسطيني ,بشكل يتماشى مع استهلاك السوق. منذ اكثر من سنة ومريم ترافقها والدتها الى التدريب ,فقد جمعت هذه الفتاة من عدد من الدورات التي تخللت المشروع خبرة و قدرة على الحياكة و الخياطة و تطريز الجزادين بالتصاميم,و التفكير بعوامل التنافس,فكانت اول ما طرزته خريطة فلسطين. لتجيئ الخطوة الثانية في بداية العمل الخاص عبر عرض منتجاتها على صفحتها الخاص على الفيس بوك فكان اول طلب هو تطريز شجرة الزيتون. ان ما تعيشه النساء الفلسطينيات في المخيمات من محاولات لم تردع حتى الان في التهميش او الابعاد او حتى الاحباط هو حقيقة,فلم تزل المرأة عرضة للاستغلال بانواع مختلفة منها في العمل المؤسساتي و خصوصا بالحرف اليدوية و التي تقوم بها مجملا النساء ربات المنازل مستسلمة لاجر مادي قليل لا يضاهي ساعة من جهدها الشاق,و تجنب عدد من الاطراف المعنية و بعض الجمعيات فعليا في احتواء و تبني هذه الوجوه الحالمة ,فقد تجتمع هذه العوامل لتكون نموذجا لمريم في بداية عمرها للطموح بالعمل المستقل او الجماعي المضمون و الذي تحاول تحقيقه ضمن مشروع تطريز من خلال التعاونية التي اقيمت من اجل المتدربات وعرض اعمالهن حتى يصلن الى بر مساواة المجتمع للمرأة.

يُذكر ان مشروع “تطريز” مموّل من قبل الاتحاد الاوروبي و بتنفيذ جمعية سيفيز موندي الاسبانية غير الحكومية.

For some reason she couldn’t complete her study, but the 20 years old girl accepted to challenge herself to be a working woman in the society she lives in. Her disability didn’t stop her from moving forward towards her dream, and she is trying her best to reach it through “Tatreez”.

She is participating in the project to improve her passion in sewing and embroidering. Mariam is very intiative and consistent to learn the same as other participants are learning.

She believes in “Tatreez” to keep her away from being exploited and to provide her with suitable qualifications to find her own profession in embroidering modern –authentic Palestinian products.

Her mother is always accompanying her to all training workshops. Mariam now is a little bit more professional in sewing,finishing, and embroidering products with ultimate modern styles.

Mariam is sharing her own handmade products through her facebook page, and is receiving some online orders.

Unfortuanetly not all NGO’s in the Palestinian camps share the same goal as “Tatreez”, there is still exploitation and a large piece of Palestinian women are abused in a way or another. Especially talking about those women who do handmade products and are not paid fairly by  the concerned corporations.

So Mariam is one of those lucky participants that is jumping away from all that social exploitation, thanks to the EU generally and Cives Mundi especially to provide these women the independency they need to improve their lifestyles starting from a group cooperative , and ending up with each one building up her own business and self -esteem!
