المرأة في المخيمات بين الابتكار و الاستغلال؟؟The Palestinian Woman Inside The Camps Between Creativity And Exploitation!

“حتى الان و رغم ما تقوم به المرأة الفلسطينية في الشتات الفلسطيني من اعمال النضال بكافة المجالات الا انها ما زالت عُرضة للاستغلال خصوصا بما يتعلق بالعمل المؤسساتي”

تحدث عضو اللجنة الشعبية في مخيم عين الحلوة كمال الحاج بمقابلة مع موقع “تطريز” عن اهمية انخراط المرأة في العمل السياسي و مشاركتها باللجان الشعبية بشكل فاعل وما يتفرع عنه من البروز في المؤسسات و الجمعيات ,من منطلق ان المرأة الفلسطينية تتناوب على كافة الجبهات في مسيرة العمل المقدام رابطا اياه بقضيتنا الفلسطينية و صمودنا بالشتات  في ظل حرماننا من من الحقوق المدنية الامر الذي ينعكس بداية على عملها و و عطائها.الا ان الاسوأ من هذا حجم الاستغلال المنظم و العشوائي من المؤسسات تجاه المرأة بذريعة ضعفها والحد من دورها بنوع من الابتزاز نتيجة  الوضع الاقتصادي السيئ .لذلك على علينا بالمخيمات من كل الفئات من فعّاليات و فصائل و ناشطين و مجتمع مدني ان ندعم هذه المرأة بكافة فئاتها العمرية ,فهي الام و الاخت و الثائرة و القدوة حتى تشعر بالاستقلالية الاقتصادية و لا تكون رهينة الجمعيات و المؤسسات التي تبغى الربح للاسف و لو على حساب لقمة العيش.من هنا يدعم و يشجع الحاج مشروع “تطريز” الذي يهدف الى حماية 120 من الاستغلال من خلال اكسابهم مهنة حرفية متقنة وصولا الى تعاونيات جماعية خاصة بهن.

اما المصور و الصحافي عبد الحليم شهابي ابن مخيم عين الحلوة من المحفزين بالدرجة الاولى المرأة الفلسطينية في خوضها جميع المعارك التي يمكن ان تقدم خطوة في نضالنا بوجودنا بالشتات .عبد الحليم و وزوجته ربة المنزل و معلمة الاجيال ,كلٌّ يقوم بدوره كعنصر فاعل و مقدام في المجتمع فكما العائلة بحاجة لام و ربة له,المخيم بحاجة لمرأة في مجالاته كافة,لمرأة تحارب و لا تُستغل ,فلا تقدم و لا ابتكار في ظل غيابها او استغلالها و التي لا يمكن الاستغناء عنها او او اقتصار عملها دون الوصول الى مكان القرار او السلطة في اماكن معينة, وفق الحدود المرسومة للاثنين ووفق الالتزام بواجبات الام تجاه مهنتها دون التقصيرتجاه العائلة و المنزل,

لا استقامة لمجتمع دون بنيان صحيح بتأسيسه و المرأة هي الركن الاساسي في اي مجتمع,فهي ام ربت الرئيس و الخفير و العامل و الطبيب و كل فئاته,هي ليست الضلع القاصر ولا هي نصف المجتمع  بل كل,فلننصفها لنصل لمجتمع حضاري و منصف.

Untill now and with all the acts of struggle that the Palestinian woman does in the Diaspora she lives in, she is still vulnerable to exploitation especially in the institutional work.

• Mr Kamal Al Haj, a member in the People’s Committee in Ein Helwi Camp, through an interview for “Tatreez” talked about the importance of women getting engaged in the political domain, by participating in popular committees and related corporations. He expressed that we should see her more in all fields of work. By that she can raise the voice of Palestinian issue and highlight in the steadfastness of Palestinians in general through all the hard situations they are in. regarding to that, Mr. Haj unfortunately stated that the Palestinian woman is clearly abused by many corporations and NGO’s, considering her a aweak person, trying to eliminate her role in the society. Consequently we all from factions, to activists, and civil society, have to support this woman, the mother, the sister, the rebellion, and the icon, to reach her own economical independence, and not to be a hostage for these NGO’s. Mr. Haj encourages “Tatreez” Project that aims to protect 120 women from getting abused, to achieve a profession for a better future.

• Moving to Mr. Abed Al Halim Shihabi, a journalist and a photographer in Ein Helwi Camp, intensively motivating Palestinian woman in all her battles that can provide a better life for Palestinians in general. Mr. Halim and his wife, the teacher of generations, each in his turn, an actor and intrepid in the society. The same as the family needs a woman, a housewife; the society needs a woman in all aspects. But when she is getting exploited is hard to move forward, is hard to establish any kind of creativity and development. Noting at the end that any woman can make a balance between her work and her family, asking to see her more in society with active roles.

At last, without basis you can’t build a house. A woman is the main base in any society. She is the one who raised the president, the doctor, and the teacher. She is not only half the society, without her there is no society at all! We should be fair to her, and justify her to move toward a modern and justice community.

Tatreez is a project funded by the European Union with a grant of 650,693 Euros and implemented by the Spanish NGO CIVES MUNDI
